Nanpon Jatau holds a B.Sc. (Business Management) from University of Jos in 1997 and a Diploma in Accounts and Audit from Plateau State Polytechnic in 1995. He has over ten (10) years working experience.He is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS) and an authorised Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

He started his career with Tarabaroz Fisheries Limited. He was a Dealing Broker with WSTC Financial Services Limited, Newdevco Finance Services Company Limited and F&C Securities Limited respectively before joining the services of APT SECURITIES AND FUNDS LIMITED as Head, Capital Market Services.

Francis Ehi-Omorodion is a graduate of Accounting from Auchi Polytechnic in 1997 and Associate Member of both Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.

His working career spans over seven (7) years. He was a Dealing Broker and Head of Operations with EMI Capital Resources Limited before joining APT SECURITIES AND FUNDS LIMTED.

(HEAD, RESEARCH & INVESTMENT)

Ibinabo Princewill holds a B.sc in Business Management from the University Of Science and Technology, Port-Harcourt and M.Sc in Economics from Swansea University Wales, United Kingdom.

She started her career at Dykes Insurance Brokers Limited as a Marketing Executive in 2004, and later joined FutureView Financial Services Limited in 2008 as a Research and Financial Analyst (Money Market and Capital Market operations), and later SAIPEM Constructing Nigeria Limited (a subsidiary of the ENI Group) in the Business Development Unit. With a strong background in Financial Analysis and Equities Research, she leads the Research team at APT SECURITIES AND FUNDS LIMITED.

Ibinabo Princewill has attended many courses locally and overseas, including having concluded the Senior Financial Analyst Programme at The Lagos Business School.

(HEAD, FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS)

Badaru Abdulsalam Abubakar is a graduate of Accounting (B.Sc, 2:1) from Bayero University, Kano in 1998 and MBA from Usman Danfodio University, Sokoto. In addition he is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

His work career spanned over twelve years, transcending both private and public sectors of the economy. He started his career with United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc and later moved to the National Examinations Council (NECO) as an Accountant.  Thereafter, Mr. Abdulsalam joined the services of Nigerian Telecommunications Plc (NITEL) as Territorial Auditor from where he joined APT SECURITIES AND FUNDS LIMITED.

(HEAD, CORPORATE FINANCE)

Daiyabu holds a Diploma in Insurance (1991), Bachelor of Science (B.SC) Degree in Business Administration (1995) and an MBA Degree (2002) all obtained from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

Prior to joining APT Securities and Funds Ltd, Daiyabu was a Manager in the newly established Securities Issuance and Market Development Department of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN). He has also worked with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as an Assistant Manager in the Securities and Investment Services (SIS) Department, where his responsibilities included reviewing offer documents for issuance of different category of capital market instruments.

Mr. Umar is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Stock Brokers (CIS) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC). He has attended various local and international courses/seminars on Equities and Fixed Income Instruments, Derivatives, Risk Assets Management and Corporate Finance Strategies for emerging economies.

(HEAD, COMPLIANCE)

 Huda Kassim heads Compliance department of APT Securities and funds limited. She is an Associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), and a graduate of Accounting from University of Maiduguri.
Prior to her appointment at Apt Securities and Funds Limited, she has trained with Maaji & Co (Chartered Accountants). She worked as acting head of Internal Control and compliance department in Leadcapital plc.
In the course of her career, she was exposed to various aspect of Auditing, Accounting, Stock broking and Tax Matter functions.

 (HEAD, MARKETING/PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT)

IJEH NWACHUKWU AUGUSTINE: He holds a B.sc (second class upper) in Business Administration from Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, Edo state. He also holds a Diploma in business management from the same university in 1999.

 He is an associate member of the Portfolio management institute of Nigeria. He is presently in his final stage of the chartered Institute of Stockbrokers examinations.
